Dupa Trio plays jazz. That is the whole answer to "what do they play?" — and it covers more territory than most couples realise. The trio's working repertoire moves between jazz standards from the Real Book, bossa nova and samba in the original Portuguese, French songbook (Brel, Aznavour, Piaf), and contemporary songs reworked into a jazz idiom for cocktail hours, dinners and refined corporate evenings.
The lineup is trumpet, guitar, bass and vocals. The vocalist sings in English, Dutch, Portuguese and French. For a specific event we tailor the setlist to the moment — quieter for a ceremony, warmer for dinner, more upbeat for a late-night lounge.
