A reliable entertainment partner for wedding venues and planners, so the music is one less thing you have to manage.
A wedding venue lives on its reputation, and the music is one of the few parts of the day the venue does not control but always gets judged on. When the band is late, too loud for the room, or trips the sound limiter at eleven, it is the venue the couple remembers being let down by, not the supplier they found online. This page is for venue managers, wedding coordinators and planners who would rather have one entertainment partner they trust than a different unknown act every weekend. Lupa Entertainment is a boutique music agency in Amsterdam, founded in 2018 by Noam Bargil, a working bandleader, with a fixed roster of 14 acts and over 300 events since 2018 for clients including Heineken, Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Booking.com and the City of Amsterdam. We work with venues across the Netherlands as a recommended entertainment partner: acts we have personally seen and coached, one coordinator per booking, and a team that knows your room, your sound limits and your timeline before they arrive. The music stops being your risk and becomes ours.
How it works
Why venues work with one entertainment partner
Most venues handle music the same way: they hand the couple a loose list of bands and hope it works out. It usually does, until the weekend it does not, and then the venue absorbs the complaint for something it never booked. A single entertainment partner changes the math. We learn your room once, the acoustics, the power, the load-in route, the exact decibel the limiter trips, and we brief every act against it before they confirm. The couple gets a band that already fits the room, and you get a supplier who answers the phone and shows up early. Over a season that is the difference between music being a recurring worry and music being handled.
What a venue partnership covers
| What you get | How it works |
|---|---|
| One coordinator per wedding | Owns the act, sound, light and timing with your team |
| Acts briefed on your room | Sound limits, load-in and timeline known in advance |
| A range, not one band | Ceremony, dinner and party acts from the same roster |
| Honest sizing | We say when a soloist or DJ fits better than a full band |
| One invoice | The couple or the venue, whichever you prefer |
The acts we send to wedding venues
For the dance floor, our most-booked act is Benga Band, the live show Noam leads, scalable from a four-piece with its own sound and light, which means no extra production for the venue to arrange. For the ceremony and the dinner, Dupa Trio plays jazz standards and bossa nova at the level a seated room needs, then lifts for the speeches. Between them they cover most of a wedding day from one roster, so a couple is not stitching together three suppliers who have never met. When a smaller budget calls for it, we send a soloist or a DJ rather than oversell a band.
What entertainment for a wedding venue costs
Pricing is simple and the same whether the couple or the venue books. An acoustic soloist for the ceremony starts at EUR 600, an acoustic duo at EUR 1,000. A jazz trio for the dinner is EUR 1,400. A four-piece party band for the dance floor, with sound and light included, is EUR 3,000, and each extra musician adds EUR 500. A DJ is EUR 850, or EUR 1,500 with full production. A full wedding day often combines a soloist for the ceremony, a trio for the dinner and a band for the party, coordinated as one booking. Travel outside Amsterdam is a separate itemised line. We can quote the couple directly or quote you, whichever fits how your venue works.
Becoming a recommended entertainment partner
If you run a wedding venue and want a partner you can put on your recommended supplier list, that is exactly the relationship we are built for. We come and see your room, learn its limits, and agree how you want bookings and invoicing handled. From there your couples get a vetted act and one coordinator every time, and you get a name you can recommend without the worry that the next band lets you down. For the wider wedding offer see wedding band Netherlands and luxury wedding entertainment Amsterdam.
Venues we already know across the Netherlands
We have played the rooms weddings actually happen in, from the grand to the intimate. Kasteel de Haar near Utrecht and the Hotel New York in Rotterdam handle a large celebration with the production to match. The Pulitzer, the Conservatorium Hotel and De Duif in Amsterdam suit a more intimate day where the act sits close to the guests. Knowing each room in advance is the unglamorous detail that decides whether the party lands or the limiter kills it at the worst moment.
