English Speaking Corporate Band Netherlands
English-speaking, Corporate, Netherlands

Live music for international corporate events across the Netherlands.

If your company is headquartered outside the Netherlands or hosts events for an international team, the language layer of music booking gets in the way. The act needs to read announcements in English, take requests from a global guest list and respond to a timeline that's almost always running in English. Many Dutch agencies aren't built for this. Lupa is.

We book live music for international companies running events in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague, including events for Microsoft, Salesforce, Booking.com and Heineken's international team. The brief and the act are run in English end to end, by a working bandleader rather than a sales coordinator.

How it works

What corporate clients actually need from a band: Reliability above everything else. The band shows up on time, sound-checks without drama, follows the run-of-show, plays at exactly the volume that allows conversation during dinner and reads the room when the speeches end. Excitement is bonus, reliability is the floor.

What we cover: Cocktail receptions, gala dinners, product launches, conference welcome receptions, team-building events, year-end parties. Single-act bookings and full evening programmes with handovers between acts. We brief every act on your event's run-of-show, audience and key sponsors before they arrive.

Prices for a corporate band

A 4-piece band starts at EUR 3,000 with its own sound and light, and each extra musician adds EUR 500, so a 5-piece runs from EUR 3,500 and a 6-piece from EUR 4,000. A jazz trio for a reception or dinner starts at EUR 1,400, an acoustic duo from EUR 900. We quote a full evening as one package on a single invoice. For the broader picture across bands, jazz and DJ sets, see our guide to live music for corporate events.

English-speaking acts, briefed and hosted in English

Every act on the Lupa roster performs and hosts in fluent English, so the announcements, the requests from a global guest list and the run-of-show all happen in the language your event already runs in. The bandleader takes the brief in English, reads a mixed-nationality room and keeps the set and the microphone moments in English from the first guest to the last dance. For a company party that needs a real dance floor our most-booked act is Benga Band, a funk, Latin and pop party band with its own sound and light; for the dinner and networking hours Dupa Trio plays jazz at conversation level.
