We are a boutique music agency from Amsterdam, founded in 2018 by Noam Bargil, a working bandleader with Benga Band. Since then we have produced 300+ events for clients including Heineken, Microsoft, Salesforce, Booking.com, IBM, Canon, ING, Tommy Hilfiger and the City of Amsterdam. We do not run an open database of thousands of acts. We work from a fixed roster of 14 acts we know personally, from a jazz trio for the reception to the 8-piece Your Band on the dance floor. The musicians you approve are named in the contract, and on the night you have one point of contact, often Noam himself.
Amsterdam rewards getting the details right. In the same week we play a hotel ballroom where the music has to stop at 01:00 and an industrial hall like the Gashouder, where Benga Band and Drumpet Disco played to 6,000 guests at the Amsterdam Wine Festival. The right act depends on the room, the crowd and the moment in the evening. We advise honestly, even when that means a smaller lineup than you had in mind.

Sound and light with a technician is quoted separately from EUR 850. Each extra musician adds EUR 500. DJ prices are for 3 hours.

What makes Amsterdam venues different
- Hotels with guest rooms above the ballroom often set a volume limit and a curfew around 01:00. An acoustic trio or an early-finish band works better there than a full PA. We confirm the exact limit with the venue in advance.
- Canal houses have narrow stairs and small doors. A drum kit or keyboard does not always fit, so we match the lineup to the load-in route.
- Loading in the centre inside the ring road runs on time windows. We agree the load-in slot with the venue so the band does not lose half an hour to parking.
- Industrial halls like Westergasfabriek, Kromhouthal and the Gashouder are built for volume. A 6 to 9 piece band with horns and full production belongs there.

Yes, this is one of our most-booked setups for 150+ guest weddings and corporate galas with full evening programmes. Jazz trio for cocktail and dinner (Dupa Trio), main party band 21:00-23:00 (Benga Band or Velvet Jazz), DJ takes over 23:00-02:00 (Drumpet Disco, Demi Elisa or Golden Sax). For summer (June to August) and December events, book 4 to 6 months ahead. For other dates, 6 to 8 weeks is usually sufficient, though earlier is always better for popular acts.
