Live music for Utrecht corporate events, brand activations, and galas.
Live music for a Utrecht corporate event is judged differently to a private party. The audience is colleagues, clients and stakeholders, and the act you pick reflects on your brand and your judgement. There is no second draft.
At Lupa we produce live music programmes for corporate clients including Heineken, Microsoft, Salesforce, Booking.com, IBM, Canon, the City of Amsterdam and ING. The bar for a Utrecht corporate evening is the same bar we hit for those clients. Utrecht sits about thirty minutes by train from our Amsterdam base, so getting the act and the production to the venue is straightforward.
How it works
What we produce for Utrecht corporate events
Brand activations, product launches, gala dinners, keynote openings, networking receptions, end-of-year parties and client events. Utrecht sits dead centre of the Netherlands on the national rail hub, which is why so many companies hold their conference, congress and kick-off here: the audience travels in from across the country rather than from one local office. The Jaarbeurs draws national-scale conventions, TivoliVredenburg stacks several halls under one roof, and DOMunder and the historic centre offer rooms with real character. The act has to land for a mixed, national crowd that is not a single company culture. For a full evening we combine a live band for the headline with dinner music before and a DJ for the late night, run by one production team under one contract.
| Format | Recommended act | Typical Utrecht venue |
|---|---|---|
| Gala dinner and headline set | Benga Band (funk, Latin, pop) or Velvet Jazz (vintage swing) | TivoliVredenburg, Kasteel de Haar |
| Brand activation, club energy | Drumpet Disco (live trumpet, drums and DJ) | TivoliVredenburg, Kromhout Kazerne |
| Dinner and reception music | Dupa Trio (jazz) or Misstery Trio (vocal harmony) | Kasteel de Haar, hotel ballrooms |
| Late night to close | Savoy (DJ, soul and swing into modern pop) | any of the above |
Our headline corporate band is Benga Band, a funk, Latin and pop party band that reads a mixed national crowd and knows when to lift the room. For a launch or activation with club energy, Drumpet Disco pairs live trumpet and drums over a DJ. Savoy closes as the DJ, bridging vintage soul and swing into modern pop so a guest list spanning generations stays on the floor.
Utrecht venues we produce in
TivoliVredenburg for its stacked concert halls, the Jaarbeurs for large-scale conventions, DOMunder beneath the Dom tower, the Kromhout Kazerne as a historic barracks event space, and Kasteel de Haar for grand corporate offsites in the province. Each has its own load-in, power and curfew. We book acts across the Netherlands and match the music to Utrecht's room. See more Utrecht live music options or browse the full artiestenbureau roster.
Prices for corporate live music in Utrecht
A corporate band in Utrecht starts from EUR 3,000 for a four-piece with sound and light included. Each extra musician adds EUR 500, so a six-piece is around EUR 4,000 and a seven- to nine-piece show lineup runs from EUR 4,500. Dinner-hour jazz starts from EUR 1,400, a late-night DJ from EUR 850, or from EUR 1,500 with full production. Utrecht is thirty minutes from our Amsterdam base and inside our usual travel radius, so most central venues carry no separate travel line. Full figures are in the corporate band Netherlands overview.
Year-end and Christmas parties in Utrecht
November and December is the busiest corporate window of the year, and the best acts close four to six months out. For a year-end company party we usually pair a headline band with a Utrecht DJ to carry the late floor, all under one contract. If your night is more dance-led than seated, the Utrecht party band page covers that format.
