The Jaarbeurs draws national-scale conventions, TivoliVredenburg stacks several halls under one roof, and DOMunder and the historic centre offer rooms with real character. The act has to land for a mixed, national crowd that is not a single company culture. For a full evening we combine a live band for the headline with dinner music before and a DJ for the late night, run by one production team under one contract.

Our headline corporate band is Benga Band, a funk, Latin and pop party band that reads a mixed national crowd and knows when to lift the room. For a launch or activation with club energy, Drumpet Disco pairs live trumpet and drums over a DJ. Savoy closes as the DJ, bridging vintage soul and swing into modern pop so a guest list spanning generations stays on the floor.

Prices for corporate live music in Utrecht

A corporate band in Utrecht starts from EUR 3,000 for a four-piece with sound and light included. Each extra musician adds EUR 500, so a six-piece is around EUR 4,000 and a seven- to nine-piece show lineup runs from EUR 4,500. Dinner-hour jazz starts from EUR 1,400, a late-night DJ from EUR 850, or from EUR 1,500 with full production. Utrecht is thirty minutes from our Amsterdam base and inside our usual travel radius, so most central venues carry no separate travel line. Year-end and Christmas parties in Utrecht

November and December is the busiest corporate window of the year, and the best acts close four to six months out. For a year-end company party we usually pair a headline band with a Utrecht DJ to carry the late floor, all under one contract.
