A five-piece is from EUR 3,500, a six-piece around EUR 4,000, and a seven- to nine-piece show lineup from EUR 4,500, since each musician beyond the four-piece adds EUR 500. To hold the floor after the band, add a DJ from EUR 850, or from EUR 1,500 with full sound and light. A soloist for an early reception starts at EUR 600 and an acoustic duo at EUR 900. Rotterdam sits inside our usual travel radius, so most central venues carry no separate travel line. The final figure depends on lineup size, set length and the date, with summer Saturdays and December higher than midweek in shoulder season.

A Rotterdam company party or private night, hour by hour

A standard evening is a live band from 19:00 to 23:00 in three sets, then a DJ from 23:00 to 02:00 to hold the late floor. For a company party we duck the band under the speeches and lift the room straight after. For a club-feel night, Drumpet Disco runs the whole evening as a live-and-DJ hybrid with trumpet over the beat. For a smaller private party, a four- or five-piece carries the night on its own with no handover. We confirm the running order with you a few weeks out, not on the night, and one coordinator, often Noam himself, runs the stage.
