How we run a corporate booking

Most corporate clients come to us through our artiestenbureau with a date, a venue and a headcount, and we come back with a recommended line-up. For an all-band evening see our corporate bands for international events, for a curated reception see jazz for corporate events, and for a high-energy close a corporate DJ or a Dutch bedrijfsfeest band. One bandleader runs the day, one invoice goes to your finance team.

Prices for live music at a corporate event

Live music for a corporate event starts at EUR 900 for an acoustic duo and EUR 1,400 for a jazz trio. A full 4-piece live band with its own sound and light starts at EUR 3,000, and each extra musician adds EUR 500, so a 5-piece runs from EUR 3,500 and a 6-piece from EUR 4,000. A DJ starts at EUR 850, or EUR 1,500 with full sound and light. A multi-act evening is quoted as one package on a single invoice, so there is no surprise on the procurement side.

For gatherings in Amsterdam an acoustic duo or a jazz trio is usually the right call: it gives the arrival a warm undercurrent, keeps the energy up through the networking and leaves speakers and presentations all the room they need. We play these gatherings in venues such as the Conservatorium Hotel, Hotel de l'Europe, the Westergasfabriek and the Rijksmuseum, and match the volume and the line-up to the space and the programme. If the gathering builds into something more festive, we move from the formal part into a band or a DJ, booked as one package on one invoice.
